Working material, handed over with the rules attached.
Every engagement ends with assets your team can operate. We write the rules down because a system nobody can maintain is a system that lasts one quarter.
cnpt is a design consultancy. We shape the concept, build the system behind it, and design every point where it touches a customer — so that entering a new market is a designed act rather than an improvised one.
Three things, in the order a client usually needs them.
A concept that survives contact with a real market has to be built, not described. That means the strategy, the system, the interface, and the physical touchpoints all have to come from the same team and the same rule set.
We produce finished design work, not recommendations about design work. Identity, product interfaces, service flows, environments — delivered as working systems with the rules written down, so your team can carry them forward without us.
Before the budget is committed, we build the concept far enough to be judged honestly. Positioning, the offer, the experience model, and a prototype real enough to put in front of users. What doesn’t hold gets cut here, where cutting is cheap.
The core of the practice. A market forms its opinion in the first few encounters — the site, the store, the onboarding, the first conversation with support. We design that sequence as one continuous experience and make sure the operation behind it can actually deliver it.
Three practices. A project can use one of them or all three.
Information system design for organisations. We audit existing systems and data structures, redesign how information moves through the business, and identify where AI can be applied. Delivered as system maps, data models, and an implementation roadmap.
Human-centred design for consumer services. We run user research, map the customer journey, and design the interface and service flow. Delivered as research findings, journey maps, and a working UI system.
Design fabrication for physical products and spaces. We take an approved design into production — material selection, detail drawings, tolerances, and coordination with suppliers through to finished output.
All three practices share one team and one method, so a project can move between them without changing vendors.
Four stages. Each one ends with something you can act on without us.
We interview your team and your customers, audit what exists, and rewrite the brief. Half of our engagements change shape at this point.
Two or three genuinely different directions, built far enough to test. We recommend one and say plainly what it costs you.
The chosen direction becomes a system — data model, components, spatial standards, and the rules that keep them consistent.
We design the launch sequence, run it with your team, and stay through the first weeks of real traffic to fix what only real use reveals.
Every engagement ends with assets your team can operate. We write the rules down because a system nobody can maintain is a system that lasts one quarter.
Where our time goes, and where we are most useful.
A new market, category, or country, before its first impression has formed.
A concept that still needs to be decided, not just decorated.
Work where digital and physical touchpoints both shape the outcome.
Something your own team runs long after we hand it over.
The people behind cnpt.
Our team brings together industrial design and UX product design. We help organisations turn early ideas into products, services, and customer experiences that are ready for market, and we stay involved at every stage of the work.
